I should enjoy the calm of this week because once it hits friday.. all hell is breaking loose! I will be in a different town every weekend until Halloween so I need to rest as much as I can now!
I had the usual cereal combo for breakfast. Granola, shredded wheat, banana and vanilla soy. The granola is amazingly good. It was worth buying for sure.

Monday is one of those days where I have a 12:30-3:15 class so I had to eat lunch early. I wasn’t hungry much from breakfast so I just had half a pb and j sandwich.

When I got home I was hungry but it wasn’t late enough for dinner yet so I had some blue born tortilla chips with roasted red pepper hummus.

Tonight is my 7-9:45 class so I ate something I knew would hold me over. And i’m actually still full! A small baked potato and tons of brocolli
It looks like a lot but it’s a small plate. I think having small plates is a good idea because you really control portion size and it tricks your mind into thinking you’re eating more because the plate is full. But this REALLY was filling. I forced myself to finish it.

That is it for tonight. I’ll see if I get hungry in an hour and I might have something then.
