Here is Wednesday’s food. I was too tired to post last night.. I didn’t even eat dinner until around 10:30 pm.
For breakfast..I was unoriginal again…shredded wheat, banana, granola, soy.

Lunch was a GIANT apple with pb.. I ate while I was at work.. I was surprisingly not hungry yesterday so this was about the only thing I could stomach

Snack was popcorn..100 calorie pack kettle. My latest addiction

It was quite the bad day for nutrition for me. I get 5 free personal training sessions for joining Gold’s Gym so it was my first.. and I didn’t know what to expect so I didn’t fill up beforehand. She just showed me how to use the machines and gave me a little routine to get me toned! I really enjoyed my session.. she was very nice
The machines kicked my ass.. or should I say my arms.. so sore!
After the session I ate half this mojo bar to keep me fueled for a run with James. We only ended up running 1.5 miles but we did it FAST. I don’t think I have ever run that fast before! I think we did a 10 minute mile…or close to it
James was brilliant and ate Mcdonalds earlier in the day so after 1.5 he wanted to puke..so we called it quits haha.
Not so impressed with this particular clif bar. It tasted weird…I don’t know how anything dipped in chocolate could be so bad..

I spotted candy corn laying around! It was my first time since last Halloween having some.. so goooood

I contemplated just skipping dinner because I wasn’t sure how my tummy would handle a 10:30pm dinner.. but I knew I would be hungryyyyyy so I had half a bowl of tomato soup and a piece of toast!

So this morning I woke up and got all ready to go to kickboxing class…I got to the gym and did the workouts the trainer assigned me and was there for about 30 min before realizing people were showing up with yoga mats.. umm yeah I definitely imagined seeing “kickboxing at 10:30″ on the schedule. . which SUCKS because there was a 9:30 spin class I could have made
Oh well… I have pilates later and I did a butt blasting workout on Youtube to make up for it…kinda haha.

That is the video! It was actually quite painful…made me sweat a bit. Anyways.. I ate the other half of the nasty clif bar before “kickboxing”
